3 months for equipping

Leadership Traininig

This program is designed to grow your leadership skills so that you can be instrumental in reaching and discipling the next generation. The goal is for you to step into a full-time missions and discipleship role on our campus.

Join the family

On top of the teachings and learning our history and DNA, you will be integrated into our YWAM Nashville family by working alongside and doing life with us.

Hands on opportunities

This school isn't just about the theory of being a leader. We will create opportunities for you to step out and lead, testing out the things you've been learning about. This is a season for sharpening.

DATES:

August 5th-30th, 2024
Once the school is completed you would then join full-time staff.

COST:

Staff fees and housing are $275/month.
This does not include food.
